Property Development: Glen Ashton, Wimborne

A character Victorian property with lots of history. The client purchased a large one bedroom flat last updated in the 1970’s! 

This property required a full refurbishment but deserved something special. We re-designed the floor plan taking walls down and re-building.

With a re-located kitchen to create  a second bedroom we certainly added market appeal and value. 

We commissioned brand new electrics, plumbing, heating, flooring, and designed a bespoke bathroom and a modern kitchen to boot.
